Application rate Seasol/Powerfeed/Molasses confusion

I've been doing a lot of research and thanks to Fu's wisdom I've finally got a fertilising schedule together. My only confusion is on the application rate of mainly Seasol and Powerfeed. The containers both say 100ml per 9L watering can which covers 2-4 square metres. Going by this it would mean that you need 2.5L of Seasol to cover a 100m2 area.

Most of the threads I've read mention roughly the following in a 2L spray pack to cover a 100m2 area:

- 500ml seasol
- 250ml powerfeed
- 500ml molasses
- 750ml water

Am I missing something or is the amount suggested by Seasol not required when combined with everything else?

Thanks for the response! However, it's have been sorted. But for others benefit here is what we had to do. Unfortunately, it's not straightforward. BCC washed their hands…
