Rolling Newish Turf?

So our turf is now just 3 weeks old. Im not to sure if they rolled it or not,was free couch the land developers did for our street.

The ground is quite bumpy and after the rain we had, when standing on some slabs, i can feel the bumps moving.

Being 3 weeks old, is it ok to roll?
Check to see if it has 'knitted' with the soil below.
I would be more inclined to leave it and top dress in spring to level the bumps out.
I wouldn't roll it if the ground is saturated, but rolling just because it's only 3 weeks won't hurt it. A pic might help in showing the size of 'bumps'.

I don't know where your located, but if it was laid here 3 weeks ago nothing would have happened. It's wet/cold and couch won't do anything during these conditions.
