hi could someone please tell me what type of edging plant is being used down the side of these path's?

thanks.

some type of buxus?
ok great thanks

how about these plants at the front - the small hedge ones?

and i think the ones on the right look like Cordyline Sundance?

and also if anyone knows the name of the trimmed rounded hedge at the back that'd be great

cheers!!

Pretty sure the second pic is again buxus hedge. can't help with the ball on stick though.

A closer pic would help more perhaps
Trimmed round one is a Ficus. Its nice and small now but its naturally a huge tree/root system so eventually it will get bigger even if you clip it. If you get one put it in a pot.
Never grow a ficus in the ground. Regardless of clipping, the future risk is far outweighed by the remote chance nothing happens.

Look to far tougher examples for hedging ideas. Correa, westringea, melaleuca little Nessie. Exotic varieties like buxus will be outclasses for hedging by Australian natives.
Plan for the future. Your weather maybe wet, that comes off the back of one of the most severe ElNinos ever. Expect it to swing back on the extreme again after LaNina
