Hi Everyone,
This plant is about 70cm high and we are just wondering if anyone knows what it is? It has grown really fast.

have you been throwing vegie scraps out there?
I'm going out on a limb and saying its brocolini.
looks like similar to potato. You will need to look below ground to find out.
Not a potato-they don't have ribbed leaves.

i am dying to know. What is it then??
The leaves look very like zucchini or squash, but I can't see the flowers up close. They look like flower clusters? so that reminds me of some of the asian green vegetables.
Mizuna maybe?
Although it wouldn't be one of the heavily serrated leaf varieties..
Has a fiberous stalk like celery, or simular. Edible ? not sure, could just be a weed
Thanks everyone so far
Trinity here is a closeup of the flowers. I apologise for the grainy image quality - photo was taken on dusk.

I'm thinking a wild mustard plant.
I originally though mustard too-but those leaves don't look as if they have the hairs which mustard has...which is why I lumped for canola!
That and the fact being in an area where canola is grown it tends to pop up ininvited around here!

Just a few more pics that may assist: The colours on the stem and the small hairs on the leaves. Nighttime shots this time
