Does this quote seem right? Turf + landscaping

Its hard enough finding folks that aren't cowboys. Found a business that I'm happy with to do the job but i'm scratching my head at the quote.

$9500 total.

- 71sqm installation of buffalo grass
- Excavate and prepare backyard and level it out (currently has a slope)
- Supply and install 8.4 lineal meter sleepers, 2 sleepers high at the back

- Supply of riverstone in front with boulders and plants / 19sqm

Without levelling the slope they said it would be around 7.5k.

Does this sound right?
sounds pretty fair to me
