Please help identify this possible pest!

I have these thick webs on 2 of my plants for about a year now. I think they might be spider mites but the plants themselves seem to be mostly healthy, they are both currently flowering. Though I do think the leptospermum (second photo) is starting to struggle.

Does anyone have some insight of what this could be and how to treat it?
