I've ripped up the carpet from our internal stairs and are planning to paint them. Treads and risers are pine. Would like to do in a solid colour e.g. light for risers and darker for treads. I'm unsure what paint to use for the treads. Feast Watson have a Floor Paint while a mate has suggested using a 2 pack paint. So I'm a bit confused. If 2 pack it would need to be satin and dark tintable.
Any advice much appreciated.
