I've currently moved in to this strata building and the strata manager has told me these are water main sewer and storm water now one is full of leaves fully chockers the other has a metal plate with a w on it and the other is very deep with a cast iron grate round I got a Sydney water plan shows nothing and I've taken photos for help but how do I upload them? Wanting to know what these really are.

Ask the strata manager, he won't need a photo.
