The plastic handles on my acrylic shower door has came off. Does anyone know what I can use to glue it back?
It's a white plastic handle that clamps at the edge of the door.

Clean both the handle and the glass well and then use a moderate amount of silicon.

A lot will depend on what type of plastic it is but generally silicon that's made for bathrooms or glass will stick equally well to the plastic. Liquid nails is good but in my experience I still think silicon is the better option.
