Cracked Render to Lightweight Wall

Hi all,

I have a lightweight, two storey apartment, and I've noticed that the render is cracking in some areas on the outside.

Is this an automatic cause for concern, or is cracked render a fairly normal thing that just requires some gap filler to maintain general waterproofing?

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks,

Ah you're right - I"m not very forum-savvy, though I did try to do exactly what the instructions said! Note, I've changed it so that the links to the Flickr account are just there now, that oughta work.

Thanks for pointing it out.
I cant offer a solution but from your first pic it seems the wall lining is coming away from the structure and the problem will be how to re-fix it and patch without it standing out like the proverbial.
Good luck
