Best way to attach perspex to an aluminium fence

I'm planning to have a perspex custom built to cover the Air Conditioner in the photo. This is for pool compliance reasons in Australia. I'd like to attach the perspex to the top of the aluminium fence. Is screwing it the best way or is there a more recommended way to do this if it's possible at all?

Covering the air con condesnor?
Hoping you're not planning on restricting air flow?
Not completely cover it. It's more to have a sheet of perspex over it at an angle from the fence so it's not deemed as "climbable". There will still be ample airflow to/from it.
probably just aluminium angle, riveted or screwed, just make sure there are no footholds for compliance reasons
Using a rivet sounds like a good idea thanks
