I have a mirror around 20kg with four holes in each side as you see in the picture. How to hang it on the wall please? I don’t want to use normal plug and screw since that would damage it. Thanks

Ditto 3M Claw, expensive but best thing I've used to date. I put two of the 11kg ones in for a 12kg mirror on the wall, and its been great for 4 years now.
