durring the process putting on template, it got blew by the wind. so now its dried and got some colour hardener sticking on the the parts where suppose to be white.

I am seeking some advise from the members of Homeone who can think of some ideas to get rip of? pressure wash?sand it off?

updates:

Found a good way to get rip of the colour hardener which has leaked to the gaps, apply turf or concrete which soften up the hardener, then use a chisel or flathead screw driver, half hour to 2 hours job
