Undermount sink

I'm building a new home.
First time having a stone benchtop.
Unsure if I should have undermount sink or
topmount one.
Also have a drainer or just have two large sinks with a roll out drainer
I've heard you have to be careful with undermount as pots and pans can chip the stone.
Would love to hear your thoughts and pictures would be nice.
Thanks 😀
undermount looks cleaner and the benchtop will be easier to clean. not sure on the stone chipping, if that's a concern - just get a larger sink with no dividers in the middle
Have had stone benches with undermount sink (kitchen) and drop-in (laundry) and top-mounted basin (bathrooms) for coming up 13 years and not one chip/scratch of any kind. Would have the same again in a heartbeat. The stone still looks as good as the day it was installed.
