I'd love some feedback on the suburb, Newport in Melbourne. This beauty has popped up recently, http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-newport-125168438

I know it is close to the city, but that is about all I know.

Dont buy there,. That house is a dump, and being a million dollar suburb so close to central Melbourne, its going to be a dive full of bogans. You're welcome.

i use to live in altona and now live in point cook. If i could of afforded to live in newport i would.
its a great suburb, has a train station and really close to freeway & williamstown.
definately and up and coming suburb.
i know a few people who live there and love it especially for kids
