Just a question for anyone who owns a rental property or if you know
How much does your agent charge you to mange your rental property?, and how much they charge to find a new tenant?
-Currently we are charged 7.7% of all rent (inc. GST) for manging the property
-$2.75 per statement (2 per month)
- $110 to find a new tenant (advertising etc.)
Any advise would be real help.

My deal is:
5% management fee (+10% GST, therefore 5.5%)
$0.50 per statement (+10% GST, therefore $0.55)
The second item is the postage to mail out the statement each month.
I think it's a good deal, but certainly achievable.
Can't remember how much for a new tenant, but half a weeks rent comes to mind.
I would at least change your statement frequency to monthly.

All my properties are 5.5% incl GST.
They range from inner city to suburban fringe and vary for $1500pcm to $2400 pcm.
No advertising fees for tenants and no other fees!
