Simonds homes Western Sydney

Hello everyone, just wanted to seek opinion on Simonds homes in Schofields or western Sydney area. Any feedback and inputs highly appreciated.
I see one being built in Bardia 2565. The house went up quite quick however seems to have lost pace in last 2-3 months. I think it is 80% done now and from a distance the build looks good.
