How would you like a Blinds fitted outside window frame? Fair enough if your fitting curtains if not, I wont look nice. My say is Just ask the owner/us what we want not speculate, I paid extra for this blinds and can’t even get what we want. If your building a house please NOT Burbank Homes not in Sydney or ACT anyway. Let me know if you have any concern.
