Laminex Colourtech (2 Pac)

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if others have had issues with their Colourtech cabinets. I had White Satin installed in my kitchen and 12months on I can’t get marks off them, it seems they are ingrained into the surface. Cabinetmaker told me to never use detergent on them as that will turn them glossy, so have been using water & a cloth. 🤔
