I am building a double storey so post build installation is not an option for me.

We got a daikin through them - 20kw system in our double storey done.

Sorry, we're in Adelaide. But if they have ducted in their display I'd recommend checking what brand (over here it was Daikin) and then demand they provide the same level and brand options as they use in their display if it's not the Bonaire/York option
