Roofing is this acceptable

Hi all
Can the new home building community tell me if this work is acceptable. This is a new build and i challenged the sunshine coast builder months ago about how the roof looked. He believes this is acceptable workmanship and informed me if he cant see it from ground level its acceptable as per QBCC guidelines.
What do you think is this acceptable?

Sealant is to fill gaps not to provide the waterproofing.

Good detailing and workmanship doesn't rely on sealant.

What's the pitch of the roof?
Custom Orb roofing should be pitched greater than 5 deg.?

Hi mate thanks for the reply the roof has a 10deg pitch. The picks you can see with the sealant are the fix ups of of the disaster they done before. Even at 10deg pitch the water was still sitting around the vent 2 days after last rain.
