Sydney: custom designed house, builder to Lock Up stage

Hi, can anyone recommend a reputable builder in Sydney area, who will be interested to build a custom designed house to a Lock Up stage in Thornleigh (starting in Q2'18 ) and then possibly (but not necessarily) assist with project management during Fitout and Completion stages?
