Hi,
we have a balcony(~10sqm) on first floor. It is has short walls, ceiling, and pillars between them. We are thinking of enclose it as a study. We asked several builders but all don't do such small project. Where should we find a qualified one for this renovation?

I would have thought many smaller builders might consider this. Often it can be a word of mouth thing too. But check the white pages/papers etc.
Also check the local "free" papers - many people have adverts in these.
BUT - get three quotes and ask to see their work elsewhere.
