Mainvue and Henley Clendonvale range differences

So trying to work out the standard inclusion differences between Mainvue homes and Henleys Clendonvale ranges. I know that they are effectively the same company. Went to both displays and both lots of sales people were tight lipped regarding the standard inclusion variants when comparing to the other company.

So far from what I can determine from the brochures

Mainvue has
Smeg kitchen appliances
2340mm high internal doors to ground floor
possibly a wider front door

Everything else that is detailed in the inclusion brochures for both companies is pretty much cut and pasted from one another!

Would love to hear from others, we are currently tossing up between the Maine Emporio ER430 and Henley Palace Lux Q. Comparing the current promotions between the two companies, Mainvue offering double glaze, LED light upgrade and 6 star heating upgrade, it really becomes a tough decision between the two homes.

Hi quiggs. We are in the same boat! Tossing up between Henley's Sahara Q3 and Mainvue's Emporio ER232. Aside from the cost, he sales consultant for Mainvue told us that the appliances and the door heights are the only two note-worthy differences. She said that the front door width remains the same unless you upgrade.

I've noticed that there are a lot of extra design options in comparison to Henley in the pamphlets for Mainvue. E.g. options for the island bench design, butler's pantry, cupboard styles etc. That's about it. Struggling to choose!

I did have this confused state to choose between Mainvue and Henley. The promotions and inclusions in Mainvue are more inviting but as Jennny7 said there are more floorplans with Henley.

We have made our second deposit with Henley for Sahara Q3 as we had to make some changes to floorplan as our block is irregular shaped.
