Vermont by porter Davis

Hi
Anyone can share us building experience of Vermont with porter Davis ?

Hey there,
We were going to build Vermont, its a nice open plan house, but we ended up going for Vancouver for the following reasons:
1. its cheaper
2. It has one more room over the vermont - the activity room and I like the idea of the skylight in this room
3. Alfresco was in the middle so its feel a bit more intimate

Apart from the above we really liked the Vermont. But we love the Vancouver

Hello! No probs!
We're still early days so we haven't finalized everything as to what we are going to upgrade.
We are meeting PD next month to do selections so I guess we will have a better idea then.

What did you end up deciding?
