Electrical warranty period for new houses in WA

What's the period that the electrical work on a new house is covered by warranty in WA? Our house is almost 4 years old now, and a number of our light switches have started to buzz and crackle, turning them on and off a couple of times stops it, but I want it check ASAP, and was wondering is the original builder is still responsible for that?
i think builder is responsible for 6 years.
I would have thought 12 months, I do more commercial work and they only get 12 months.

The builder might be 6 years but that might be structural only!
