weathertex cladding

i used weathertex as the exterior cladding when i renovated about 11 years ago ,am noticing now that i have several areas that are rotting or are going spongey,has anyone else had this problem,and was it covered by any warrantee,

The spacing of the studs looks pretty large especially for a load bearing wall.
