Builder Recommendations for subdivision in Mulgrave, Vic

I have bought a house in Mulgrave, Victoria that I plan to subdivide and then build something at the back and sell. This is my first time at building and I'm pretty nervous. Does anyone have any recommendations for reputable builders in this area or warnings of any ******* builders that I should avoid? Any comments would be greately appreciated.
