Water Lift

Hi

My wife and I are in the process of designing a major extension to our two bedroom highset house on the southside of Brisbane. This house will take us into our retirement and old age. We would like to have a water lift to take us up to the rear landing in the event one of us are unable to handle the climb up the stairs.

Does anyone have an idea how they are made and where I can get designs from? I have a boiler-maker welder son-in-law who could make it up for us.

Regards

Alan
