Surely a list of reputable/ less reputable builders already exist?
I checked in henley/edgewater not looking good... wisdom seems better.
But wondering if a general list already exist.

The bottom line is that the guy probably has a kid who he can't convince to get off the couch, wants to build some investment properties cheaply ie without paying builders…

I wouldnt immediately assume its a fake post, it just has question marks around it. COuld be legit. Just worth being critical IMO
