looks like mould to me. Did they install insulation under the reveals?

There is evidence of water on the head reveals. That could have happened during the build, or may be happening currently. There are water stains above a couple of windows that may indicate a leak above the window.
It is unlikely that the windows are at fault, more likely an installation problem, or potentially a problem somewhere above the window.
Have you seen water coming in during rainfall?
As Alex says, you might have a mould problem as a consequence.

House movement is always a potential problem and there is a cause. Yes you should have it inspected by a competent and experienced building consultant

Thanks splashers, that makes sense. The waterproofing guy used this Davco product, I will raise the issue with builder and hopefully get resolved with him - if not…

Grab a hose, insert it at the top of the inlet/down pipe and turn the water on and see where the water is escaping from. Then you'll know.
