We have finished our base stage of my building. My neighbour is amending their planning permit to build 20cm (originally 1 meter away) away from our boundary wall.
Does it affect our wall or our building. Many thanks.

You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work
