How to access double story cavity space between floors?

Setting up a home theater in a new double story build. The ceiling on ground floor is completed, as is the flooring on the first floor. In between the cavity space, we need to install a HDMI cable which will run through the beam/joists from one end of the room, to the other (about 8 metres). With the both entries sealed, no manhole or anything, how do gain access the cavity space without breaking into the new ceiling or floor above?
Any help or info would be great, thanks.
Unfortunately it should have been installed at the time of all the electrical rough in.
You'll be cutting holes in plaster now.
That's what i figured! Thanks the reply
