My garage has a hole and it is leaking.
I searched a bit, and it could be part of weep holes.
the red thing under the beige brick is flashing, which looks like the below image.
So now, I cannot understand why this hole has opened in my garage.
When we have heavy rain outside, the hole leaks water all the time.
The amount of water is more then 40L.
I think, this hole should not exist in the garage, is that correct ?
And to fix this problem who should i call ?
The builder doesn't have any idea why it is leaking,
The builder even called a plumber to find out the reason, but the plumber was really puzzled why we even called him in the first place.
Can you please help us.
