New User here. First time builder.
Have been following few of your threads and gathering some knowledge lately.
Thought of starting a thread of our own to get suggestions, feedback and most importantly some clear direction for a first time builder.

26/09/2020: Final Concept Plan Sent for Costing
11/10/2020: Costing Meeting: PCQ
20/10/2020: Loan Application for Land Submitted
17/11/2020: PCQ Finalized
29/11/2020: Loan Application for Construction Submitted
01/12/2020: Unconditional Approval Received for Land
01/12/2020: Town Planner Approval Received
11/12/2020: HIA Contracts Received & Signed
18/12/2020: Titles Recieved
21/12/2020: HIA Contracts Received (Signed by all parties)
29/12/2020: Prestart booked for Feb 2021
15/01/2021: Land Settled
04/02/2021: online prestart booked (because of lockdown)

How is everything going

Prestart completed online early Feb. Just received the prestart quotes. Have to review and sign them I guess is the next step.
