I'm DIY for the Antenna - I have sorted one what get's lotsa signals over alot of freq's. Bottom line is i want to watch FTA from Bris, radio and not have any scratchy crappy signals.
gonna get me a goodun - was thinking of going to Sunland.....

but we're four months or so off before I need to worry.
Well looks like we might have a start next week, Just waiting on the bank (again) then all systems go.
way to go -
This is my first post...

Hi Benny,
I was looking for gas alternatives on the net for Bellflower and I came across this site and registered and thought I'd leave a note.. and Benny thanks for the recommendation for Red-E-Gas. Just what I was looking for... Thanks Benny.

Also...

Hi Serge,
...just wanted to let you know that my partner and I were driving around the estate and we noticed the large house in stage 3 so we checked it out... and I just checked your progress house pics on your other thread and its your house...
wow what a small world.

Well, that's all for now...
Pikachun,

are you going to build down that way? or just browsing

Hi Serge44,

Yes, we are building in Stage 4... it took awhile for us to start building as the land took ages to be registered... but I'm sure that everyone in Bellflower had to wait... we got the slab down at the start of this month, so it's smooth sailing for now...

My partner and I were just scoping out the other houses in the estate, just for fun.

I hope the developers fix up the southern end soon... it's not much to look at, very muddy at the moment

I did notice that some people have already moved into their homes in Bellflower.
Well, I hope to be in my house soon.

By the way, those bi-fold windows look awesome.
must catch up for a neighbourhood frothy
btw Pikachun - which builder and what design?
Hi Serge 44,

I'm building with Adenbrook and the design is the Spence (which is now called the Trenton).
It's a low set house, my partner and I wanted to go two storeys but it was too expensive.
also, it doesn't help that I didn't win the big OZ lotto draw...

Yeah, a couple of beers would be nice once the house is complete and I've moved in.
you'll probably be kitted out before mine. but I only live up the road anyway. get the frothies on ice!
Woohooo.... Bank finally got its "A" into gear and we have construction approval so looks like we may have a start now. Hey Serge who is your Supervisor and how has he been?

Congrats Sataymas!
Hope it's all smooth sailing from here... I know what you mean with the Banks, they stuffed me around for the first couple of progress payments... but all is good now, fingers crossed.

having a look at some of the damage to the grassed areas in stage 3 & 4 by builders I don't blame Investa one bit. they're doing the place up and no sooner do they get something looking nice a DH drives a monstrous truck across everything and gouges big gullys in the fresh laid turf on lots that aren't anywhere near where they are working.

of course - I was in before that too.

I'd be interested in how Investa are going to identify who screwed what though

It's bad around were i am, the storm water has to be repaired out the front of our place due to random truck off road ep... Proof HR DL can be done by distance ed now.

So get this......Finally lookin like Plantation are gonna get a start so I went out to my block to have a final look at it without anything on it and was slightly pi##ed off to say the least
Our neighbours are building with Aden8rook and their trades have used our block as a storage facility so far the items on our block are 7 (yes 7 ) pallets of bricks plus about 100 loose and broken ones, about 2 cubic mtrs of soil and crap, at least 2 cubic mtrs of brickies loam, the biggest skip bin I have ever seen (right in the middle of where our house pad will be ) and multible piles of timber
so I rang Aden8brook office to arrange for it all to be removed, they gave me the SS name and number to ring myself..... Spoke to the SS the next day and his response was oh yeah mate dont worry its all been removed already besides the skip which will be done tomorrow!
Ok no worries Ill get over the fact they never asked us to use the block in the first place but go out there today and guess what..........nothing has been moved except the loam which they have just picked up 2/3 of. Needless to say Aden8rook will be recieving a very nice call from me in the next 10mins.....Keep you posted GRRRRRRRR!
Is your lot the one with a 3m3 mountain on it?

oh - and what design have you signed up for? I couldn't find anywhere where you'd mentioned it before.

Hey Bro

We are also building the Trenton in the Bellflower Estate, all seems to be going fine and progressing well.
We decided to go for the upgrade, higher ceilings etc.
My only niggle would be the triangular wasted space in the hallway by the internal garage door entry, trying to get Adenbrook to build a wall niche in there as a feature, we shall see how that eventuates.

Probably the one!! just look for the biggest skip bin ever and thats our block

We are building the Cirka BK1 only a baby compared to your beast
but there is only DW me and little bub so didnt really need to much space so we decided to go down in size and put a pool in instead, Plus maybe but that boat

How do I attach pics to this bloody thing????

Hi Oranjboots,
Yes, I know what you mean about the little triangular space... we thought about converting it into a broom cupboard, but thought that it would look weird as you entered the house... we'll probably hang a picture on that wall or something...
