Plantation ready built ??

Awesome, looks like if Timber structure is used, we can go for it.
Hello All,

the building report is out and the inspector has identified 1 major defect. As mentioned earlier in my posts, the house is made on H1 soil and with waffle slabs and its on lower area compared to the houses on the rear which are around 8ft above the ground area of the current house.

attached the snapshot from the report, any advise much appreciated.
