There doesn't seem to be much interest in this scheme at the moment probably due to the long term nature of it but if 100% loans become harder, I suspect there will be interest.

Thanks for the reply! Thats what I was thinking I thought it sounded a bit to good to be true that you could get a personal loan up to 70,000 without being formaly approved!!

Yes, this is very common indeed. It's always a better idea to have your maximum borrowing capacity tested at pre approval before settling on your ideal purchase price…
