Timber floors - Victoria Western Suburbs

Timber floors - Victoria Western Suburbs

yes, they are solid timber floors. You can sand the whole thickness IF you want to. Worth thinking about if you want quick, less mess and did I mention cheap?

Laminate flooring in new kitchen

Laminate flooring in new kitchen

Shouldn't have any probs - just don't use the cheap stuff with a MDF or HDF base. Theres too many spills in a kitchen and it will ruin the floor.
