If you are buying something cheap, off-cuts, I am not sure if there will be installation service. But I am sure that looking for something like this would be really good idea.

Feast Watson and Intergrain (along with Cabots) are all made by the same company. I wouldn't be surprised if Florseal is the same as the Intergrain Tung Oil

Yes, polyfloor products are less widely available but still good. If they were layer right, as it sounds they were, you will have a long lasting, waterproof floor. Cool!
