My tiler is 41m2 including grout and my tiles cost $59m2. Plus the builders profit of about $5000. I went a 20 year warrantly nylon carpet and that was about $60m2 layed.

I've seen Yellow tongue done plenty of times with a solvent based poly. Its holds up quite well, fine for a rumpus room etc.

I agree...Ebay...good clean carpet is pretty popular on ebay...doubt whether any retail outlet would trade it in....if they did you will get nothing for it.

Feast Watson and Intergrain (along with Cabots) are all made by the same company. I wouldn't be surprised if Florseal is the same as the Intergrain Tung Oil
