What flooring should I have??Main question here is how long do you realistically think you will live with the floorcoverings you choose. Some folk build on a limited budget, and fit basic… LUKE!!!!Steve….that’s perfect!

Ive seen some middle range quality laminate that looks ... simply put dreadful after 5 or so years. Plus it can't be sanded back.
