Laminex as a Splashback
I used a Wilsonart laminate from Parbury Building Products.
Any laminate will do but you will need to have some sort of substrate behind it (9 or 16mm MDF etc) .

rachel I've looked through the post and think the one that Mish posted is DEFINITELY the best. The grape colour works well with the wood and the benchtop IMO.
