If you like the Green Tea I'd go with Michelle's suggestions, use the Green Tea and then do you splashback plain, eg just have clear glass over your wall colour.

Yes I think white windows will work better on the dark Stonecrop then the beige. I don’t have a problem with the black either, inside or out.
