I think for what most of Michelle does, Paint Shop Pro or as you say Photoshop Elements will do what she needs.
I see My virtual as more for new designs and I… SAVING ENERGY IN WINTERGood advice, and we could all do better I'm sure. It makes sense for the environment, as well as the hip pocket.
