Roof Tiles - Do you have the same problem?

I've seen before and only being 3 years you should be able to get them recoated. From my experience the gaurantee on the recoat holds a longer warranty then the glaze on the tile.

I agree with sbryzak, and would suggest you do it yourself if comfortable and if not get a carpenter. They do most site ets outs and are very familiar with plans.
