Thanks Jhiace for the heads up, we so far had a very good experience with this builder, they spent a lot of time designing our home. Waiting for the pricing now.  DrivewayOur builder had quoted us around $11K for a double driveway, alfresco and patio to be done however we're doing after handover for under $6K
