By Hybrid I meant Steel wall frames with timber roof trusses. Evidently the wood roof trusses allows for tiled roofing.

The tile I actually got was a lot darker. It is a batch variation but I think it is too big a difference.… Hebel overhangwell they certainly didn’t do that. I know they put some sort of cement to widen the slab and then rendered over it. Have asked my building surveyor to reinspect.
