Thank you! No DIY for us. As much as we would have love to have done it ourselves it was part of the job we gave to our landscaper. They did the whole lot.

Our land titled this month so it looks like we better decide on a house plan once and for all. Lol House is almost completion. Heading down to Melb to do the final inspection and then off for holidays for 3 weeks.

Sorry for the late reply! No we didn't have to contact anyone. M did all of that for us. I'm pretty sure once you are at luckup stage SM will book it in (can take 7 weeks… Metricon Glendale 45 Melbourne S.E.B.H2017 yes your tile upgrade looks a little expensive. However, the reason could be the tiles you have chosen.
