None for us! Just the batten. I guess with the cost of incandescent bulbs these days it's not really a surprise.

Yes unless the bottom of the stirrup is going to covered in a decent layer of concrete. Also the existing dyna bolt looks to be yellow-zinc plated where it should be galvanised

If possible, i would try and add it during the build. PD charged $120 for the extra point. I'm sure you will be looking at a lot more than that to get a plumber out to do the same.
