holelot I would not believe the builder's email without validation either! If you have photos of the mould and have given the builder reasonable opportunity to respond… Chip in brickyou'll have many of those during the coming years. it comes with the house being something you use daily, as opposed to a show piece that people just look at First Floor - Carpet or Hybrid Laminatewhatever you choose, make sure you put enough insulation into the space between floors so you don't hear all the noises.
